If you're willing to use the Apache Web server (http://www.apache.org/), you can read
http://www.perlmonks.org/index.pl?node_id=44536. That link is a step-by-step guide I
wrote to
setting up a CGI programming environment on a Windows box. It works fine under Win95
and 98. It
should also work with NT and 2K if you have the priveleges to install the software.
