You'll want to read 'perldoc CGI'. See the section on "Creating a File Upload
Field". If you've
already have the HTML form done:
use CGI qw(:standard);
my $fh = param('upload_form_name');
print while <$fh>;
The documentation will give you far more detail on how to handle this.
