You should have received a confirmation email with a link. When you click on the link you will see a button that says subscribe to email list. Make sure you press that button to subscribe. Then you can set your password. Check your spam folder to see if the email showed up. Sorry about the problem but a bit of persistence I’m sure will pay off.
