There's a checkbox on the project page which allows Global Read/Write of
packages, separately from administration.

That's what I set my projects to these days.  Just open them up for
contributions.  I maintain exclusive admin, so IF something ever comes in
(unlikely), and IF I need to take administrative action on it (unlikely), I
can.  There's no danger.

Another thing to be aware of is that passwords in SqueakSource are so
insecure they may as well be cleartext.  You definitely don't want to reuse
your bank or social media password for SqueakSource.
