As for MMK, it can be downloaded from ftp.madgoat.com/madgoat, but the
guides claim that DEC MMS will work fine, too.
DISCLAIMER: It's been years since I touched a VMS system, so I can't
personally vouch for the accuracy of any of these links. However, Dan is
the lead internals guy for Perl 6, and is one seriously smart dude, so I'm
pretty confident that his information is solid.
