What drove your choice of tildas here? Normally I would go for once
of the matched delimiters (i.e. (), {}, [], or <>).
The tilde just happens to be one of my favourite regex delimiters. I see
"#" being used a lot @work, but it is too bulky for my taste.
Coders that promote to use single quotes for string constants, should
feel forced to write it as m'://' of course.
