How to install perl modules on a windows machines which cant connect to internet?

Hi , I'm a newbie.
I've got a windows machines installed activeperl 5.8.8 .I wanna install
Win32::process::info module on it , but the machine can''t connect to
Internet.
How can I install this module on this win machine?
