Yeah I agree, I owe about 5 perl books and have read them all but still find it difficult to code the most basic of things. I wish there were more step by step how to's out there. I'm documenting my progress and plan to do a site sometime that caters to the most uneducated of learners. If any sites like that exist already let me know. Sometimes I learn better from seeing, being on the artistic side of the mind.
