Hi Dudes Two questions for ya.
What clients can I use to you connect to comp.lang.perl.modules? I've tired a browser and telnet. had a look in my e-mail client options. No joy. The second question is... Why wont *any* of the versions of GD.pm install on my RedHat Linux box (kernal 7.2)? I'm going to be bald by Friday. I've gone through all the documentation I can find and it seems that the usuall cd /path/to/GD-1.19 perl Makefile.PL make make test make install Isn't working. I get an error at the end of running Makefile.PL saying : cannot find -lm collect 2 : ld returned 1 exit status make : * * * [blib/arch/auto/GD/GD.so] error 1 I get this with and without dynamic linking and also if I try to install it in my home directory (following L.S's instructions.)
