at the prompt invoke
/usr/bin/bsh
this should put you into the 'bsh' and hence a new and
clean and fresh shell invocation - then try to run it with
say -
/usr/bin/bsh Configure -de
this may get you out of jail - assuming that you have
followed the caveats in the README....
