Everyone:
I am new to perl programming and I have the following requirements.
We have several clients in the data processing. Clients will send the
several .zip files through modem and it will be copied into the Z:.
We need to sent the acknowledgement to the .zip files which we have
received.
Zip file name will in the following format:
MT0615a.zip MT -> Client Short Name
0615 -> DD/MM Format
a -> Seqence
Acknowledgement should be sent to the client e-mail id's indicating
the .zip file name and byte count of the file. E-mail id's
information are stored in a log file. Can anyone advice
me how to go through this perl. Is there any specific module or
package is available.
