What would happen if for some reason the file could not be opened? You
should ALWAYS verify that the file opened correctly.

open HoyIn, 'File.txt' or die "Cannot open 'File.txt' $!";

while ( <HoyIn> ) {
    if ( 5 .. eof ) {
        print;
        }
    }

__END__
