Hi,
the "\1" in your Regex stands for repetition of a former match which you
catched in the same Regex, but in your case there isn't one.
You didn't descibe what you really want to match, in case you want these
digits try this:
m/\.123\.222/
if you just want 3 digits with a dot in front just replace the numbers with
"\d"
The dot stands for anything, it needs to be escaped with a backslash if you
want it as part of the searchstring.
