I can't answer this question outright, since I haven't had the pleasure of working with AD as of yet, but here are a couple of resources to check. There's a [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list specifically for W2k/NT questions involving Perl. Also, get thee to a bookstore and buy Dave Roth's Win32 Perl: the Standard Extensions. You can also use the Win32::OLE module to convert almost any VB script to Perl. Finally, check out the Win32::Lanman module. There is a bug in CPAN, so you will have to search for it by author, JHelberg. This module will give you access to virtually all of the Windows API that relates to network administration/management.
