Yes html email is a pain. But when Outlook lets you change the font/size for a plain text message it's only for messages you see in your mail client. For instance if I send myself a palin text email from my work address to home and I see Courier New 12pt at work then at home I'll get a 10pt Arial. If you can change the font/size and the recipients see the same size/font then: 1) they have the same font settings as you 2) it's really an html message Make sense?
