Hi ,
 
  I installed Pod-Perldoc-3.12 and the latest version of perldoc but the
problem remains.
  Why does this happen ?

Install recent Pod-Perldoc-3.12 module from CPAN..
http://search.cpan.org/~sburke/Pod-Perldoc-3.12/
and try perldoc again..
