I dunno - we seem to tolerate a lot here.  I think it's part and parcel
of the group, and in general I'm happy that it is that way.  Most people
try to point out a better way whilst being civil and helpful.  Were it
not so, I would have left a long time ago.  Some people seem to spend an
extraordinary amount of time being helpful.

But yes, test messages are not necessary.  If you need to ask something,
just do so.  If you need to test something, find an appropriate forum.
If you need to read something, just wait a few minutes.
