'yes' directory not found.

the directory 'yes' is not empty.

# ls -al /root/.cpan/yes/
total 5060
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Nov 20 00:52 .
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Nov 20 00:52 ..
drwxr-xr-x 13 root root 4096 Nov 20 00:52 build
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Nov 20 00:52 Bundle
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5146676 Nov 20 00:06 Metadata
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Nov 20 00:52 sources

Whether you suggest me to remove 'yes' directory
together with all its content.

Whether you suggest me re-run
# perl -MCPAN -e 'shell'
cpan> o conf init
as root
