decompress downloaded page

I have this snippet, and I'd like to decompress its contents:

sub dwl {
    my $ua = LWP::UserAgent->new;
    $ua->default_header('Accept-Encoding' => 'gzip, deflate');
    $resp = $ua->get(@_);
    return ($resp->content, $resp->status_line, $resp->is_success) if wantarray;
    return unless $resp->is_success;
    return $resp->content;
}
