Can you install other modules using the CPAN shell? Can you install this module without the CPAN shell? It seems to be available here: http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/K/KA/KASEI/Crypt-Simple-0.06.tar.gz Why do you want this module? There may be better ones for whatever you're doing.
