There is no mystery here Alf. The message tells you exactly what the problem is. There is no method "CleanSlate" in the package "RT::Action::SendEmail'. I had a quick look at cpan and I can't find that module, although RT::Action and friends exist. Have a look at the line 213 of lib/RT/Interface/Web/Handler.pm to see what the actual code looks like.
