Dulu saya beli Visual Tools For Office applications sekitar $450,
didalamnya ada ADE.
Menurut logika saya sih (secara legal ya) kalo mau sebar access runtime
ke semua user harus punya 1 Ms.Access dan 1 Visual Tools (ADE)
Kalo sudah punya 2 itu tidak ada batasan mau di sebar ke beberapa user.
Jangan lupa trial dulu aplikasi di suatu PC yg memang cuman install
access runtime doank, kadang si access runtime ini berbeda kelakuannya
sama si access developer/full version.
