Betul yg umum itu tutup tahunan, kalo tutup bulanan di tempat saya tetep ada tapi cuman memberi flag pada beberapa table yg berkepentingan so kalo sudah closing bulan user tidak bisa utak-atik transaksi bulan lalu, kalo mau ada perubahan hrs dari admin dan ada memo dari accounting.
