Ya betul Pak, kita ada pengalaman pakai SQL Server 7 tapi license nya pakai SQL Server 2005 boleh juga. Logikanya license versi baru bisa digunakan untuk versi yang dibawahnya, tapi license versi lama tidak bisa digunakan untuk versi yang diatasnya. Tapi karena sekarang sudah akan launching Office 2010, lebih baik tunggu saja versi terbaru, sayang juga kalau beli utk versi 2003.
Khusus Access 2007, Access Developer Extension nya gratis, jadi cukup beli Access nya saja, sedangkan aplikasi spreadsheet, document dan persentasi bisa menggunakan OpenOffice 3.0 kalau ingin free. Tapi untuk performa dan fasilitas, Office 2007 diatas OpenOffice 3.0.
