Coba bagian :
   pfName = ThisWorkbook.Path & "\" & CboName.Value
   ImgCL.Picture = LoadPicture(IIf(CboName = "", "", pfName & ".jpg"))

Diganti menjadi :
    pfName = ThisWorkbook.Path & "\" & CboName.Value & ".jpg"
   if lenb(dir$(pfname))<>0 then
        ImgCL.Picture = LoadPicture(pfName)
    endif
