Not exactly, but sorta.  It if you set the target/host/build then it 
will cause a problem otherwise you should be able to get it to build.

I'm writing up the entry now, but that's how I got everything rolling 
for my icedtea6 build.  (docs/patches/package) forthcoming..

OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.4.1) (build 1.6.0_0-b14)

If you do test the RC and make a patch for the Makefile please let them 
know.. I think anything less than 10 lines and trivial can just be 
tossed out or attached to the bug report.
