Thanx for the update.

I tried some  R & D to take log file.

I was able to ping my virtual pc, but failed to access it via PuTTy using 
telnet & SSH.

Tried to enable/restart telnet & ssh service in single user mode using svcadm 
command but didnt help. Also tried accesing using WinSCP using Secure FTP but 
didnt work. :(
