Hi guys, as many of you seem to be hibernating for the summer months due to heavy work constraints I too have been involved with my own little escapade of development for the new Belenix.
Mainly themes, icons, and color schemes.... This screenshot shows the latest work of mine all running on a Core2Duo Hp laptop in dual screen mode!! We have KUbuntu 9.04 simulating the Gnome2 theme for the new Belenix with the old Belenix running in VM mode on Sun's VirtualBox with additional multimedia package. The icon set for this new CyberOS derived package is nearly complete with only a few additions and modifications left which is basically going to be: The Terminal icon, Audio disk icons, Rhythmbox icons, and finally the Java JDS icon which will be used for the alternative JDS theme as I planning to get 3 out of this! --the basic CyberOS Linux based theme, the SXCE JDS based theme, and the Belenix based theme which is shown :-) (please check icon in lower left section for proof!!) I also need to have a look at the Nimbus themes to see if any mods need to be done there but standard versions are available already from my ftp site at: ftp.optiplex-networks.com as nimbus-belenix-icons/themes.tar which work for normal configuration utilizing 25 pixels hight for the Gnome panel!!!! If you would like to install them to try out already please move them into /usr/share/icons and /usr/share/themes respectively..... then untar them! I have tested them on another machine per guidelines given and all is fine! I will update my site hopefully if all goes well in perhaps one week to include the Gnome themes and shots of all the icons that I've developed for Belenix and the JDS system of SXCE. Enjoy......... :-) --Kaya -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
