Hi,
what's the wireless support implementation like with the alpha of 0.8
release?
I am trying to connect to my wireless network but the radio won't
associate with the base-station.
I put in my values as previously for Belenix 0.7.1 and SXCE:
wificonfig createprofile Cisco
wificonfig wekey1={my hex key}
wificonfig encryption=wep
wificonfig essid {my essid}
only issuing wificonfig connect Cisco doesn't do anything; I have even
set it as the preferred profile using:
wificonfig setprefer Cisco
and retried with no success.....
wificonfig -i iwi0 scan
-however does reveal that the driver is working and that the NIC is able
to scan at least, only can't connect :-(
