Can you please boot into command line and execute /usr/X11/bin/scanpci
It will list all PCI devices in your system including the graphics card. The
lines that describe your graphics card will be of interest to me.

Solaris Express snv_70b actually has an older NVIDIA driver compared to
both OpenSolaris distro and BeleniX. It is this typical issue with Nvidia
drivers. The newer drivers do not tend to support the older graphics cards
while the older drivers obviously cannot support newer cards. So it is next
to impossible to make the LiveCD work for every Nvidia card owner. However
the scanpci output will help me to identify exactly which card you have and
   what is the issue.
