What is your machine configuration ? What error messages do you see on the screen ? Some failure is happening while booting which is causing theis problem. Did you verify the md5sum after downloading the ISO ? Did you try burning on another blank CD ? Lots of people are successfully running BeleniX and I am typing this from within Firefox 3.0.1 running in BeleniX 0.7.1.
