MAC Addr reversal is a problem with NVIDIA nge0 drivers :

the solution is =>

the MAC address shown to me by my Linux / opensolaris were different
(reverse of each other ) // going the Linux way helped !

ifconfig nge0 ether < reverse( MAC address shown before reversal) >

It worked for me in the same way !
