Here is quick and easy way to localize your Belenix 0.7 installation:
NOTE: My second language is Russian, so I describe ways to make Belenix
support my locale.
NOTE no.2: I don't like all apps on Russian language, so I setup usual
English locale + russian keymap.

1.Install this packages (I used packages from SXCE b_90 DVD. I can mirror
them somewhere if anyone need.)

SUNWlang-common
SUNWlang-common-extra
SUNWlang-en
SUNWlang-en-extra
SUNWlang-ru
SUNWlang-ru-extra

2.Edit your profile (I've made it in /etc/default/init), but you can add it
to ~/.profile, ~/.bashrc
Add the following:
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES=C // Because not all console apps support UTF-8 properly, we
should do that.

3. If your haven't /etc/X11/xorg.conf, generate one with (for example)
nvidia-xconfig
4. Add to your xorg.conf config file, to Section keyboard "InputDevice":

    Option "AutoRepeat" "500 30"
    Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
    Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru(winkeys)"
    Option "XkbOptions"
"grp:ctrl_shift_toggle,grp_led:num,caps:shift,altwin:menu"

5. Press Ctrl-Alt-Backspace (to reload X.org), voila, you got normal locale
:-)
