Hi Folks,

   A few problems were identified in 0.7.1 and some updates are
needed so there appears to be a need to 0.7.2 release. Hopefully
this will be the last in the 0.7 train.

Below are a list of tasks:

* Support for CPUs without SSE2 feature - I am working on this.
* Enhance compressed lofi support to avoid constant allocations of
  large buffers.
* Remove unnecessary copying of archive.7z while installing BeleniX.
* Add new drivers from laptop community like zyd
* Update Masayuki Murayama's drivers
* Updates to GNOME and Xfce
* Support to detect Linux partitions while installing to harddisk - Edward
  is already working on this.
* Reduce RAMDISK size - add more modules not needed for booting
  to relocation list. Use Dcfs to compress files in RAMDISK.
* Fix Xscreensaver logo
* Fix permissions for /dev/nividia0 (trivial).
* Locale support does not work!
* Fix Mplayer issue: ld.so.1: mplayer: fatal: libamrwb.so.2: open
failed: No such file or directory
* Pidgin dumps core
* Hard Disk Mounts Tool is not working
* VLC should be updated to 0.8.6d
* KDE pre-canned settings files in /etc/skel need update for 3.5.9.
* More bundled wallpapers
* Installing from RAM based boot has a few quirks..
* Testing, Testing, Testing

* Port Network Manager to OpenSolaris - this is not strictly for 0.7.2.

So there are opportunities to get involved here. Contributions are
welcome.

Regards,
Moinak.
