gcc 4.2.4 is already available for moinak, qt4 is buildable  too. If you want I 
can upload this packages to our build server. Also, most important thing (when 
migrating to KDE4.1 in belenix 0.8) is to rebuild whole system-wide libs and 
apps with gcc4.
