So in continuation of my efforts to take pkg-get kicking and screaming
into the next generation I added alternate-root image support.
So pkg-get can now manage root filesystems rooted in an alternate
directory. So this gets us 2/3 of the way to get dist-upgrade functionality.
All that remains now is to use the boot environment management utility
"beadm" to create cloned boot environments, upgrade the clone
and activate it - these steps have to be automated.

The updated package is available from the usual location. BTW pkg-get
and Blastwave have been around for a few years and I wonder why these
basic features (multi-repository and alternate-root support) never got
added to pkg-get. From my experience the changes have not been
too complex.

We are also thinking of replacing wget with Prozilla which should be
able to do distributed chunked downloads of the same file from multiple
mirrors. There are a bunch of other repository and release management
facilities that are needed. I will send another consolidated email later.

Regards,
Moinak.
