it could be due to the extensions like Joliet and other things which are not 'officially' part of the ISO 9660 but are used very commonly. Joliet allows you to have filenames longer than the 8.3... the el torito helps you to have bootable cd and so on.... then you have different modes and other things... your warning messages *could* be due to these reasons and like Moinak pointed out, its a non-issue and in most cases, these extensions are *necessary* to work correctly.
