Sounds good to me. I can generate an SVR4 package, as well as come up with a means of compiling a newer python such that an IPS depot can work. For starters, an rpm5 tar.bz2 + an rpm repo should be good enough to start with ! I'll call you on your phone to get the password for my account on this server. > Regards, > Moinak. > > On Sat, Aug 27, 2011 at 6:29 AM, Al Hopper <[email protected]> wrote: >> I'm more that willing to help you guys out. >> Please send me an email offlist and we'll work something out. >> I'm still at al at logical dash approach dot com and we can talk via google >> voice. Thanks, Al. I'll catch up with Moinak and get into the box. I send you an offline note about the box itself, and the feasibility of running smartOS on it. -- Sriram >> Regards, >> >> On Fri, Aug 26, 2011 at 12:47 PM, Sriram Narayanan <[email protected]> >> wrote: >>> >>> All: >>> >>> It's been about a week, and I've not managed to set up an IPS repo or >>> an RPM repo at www.belenix.org.
