Hi All,
I installed NAMDCharm2.6 on AMD64 dual core dual processor with gcc and
MPICH2.
I don't know the science behind this application.
As a HPC support engineer, I've to test it our cluster hardware.
If any member of this Mailing list used NAMD please let me know how to
run it and where I can get the input files.
