This has been covered before. Use a bakery rack with some appropriately sized aluminum plate which has been given a judicious ridge on either side with the brake. Adhere the motherboard and other tackle using double sided foamy tape. 3m has it up to 1/4" thick. http://www.aaacommercialproducts.com/bakeryracks.html http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Manufacturing/Industry/Product-Catalog/Online-Catalog?PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_root=GST1T4S9TCgv&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_output=html&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_gvel=JNXTCSZ9FZgl&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_vroot=81LC4NNTD4ge&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_node=V2XXLB23V6be&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_theme=en_us_manufacturingindustry_portal&PC_7_RJH9U5230GE3E02LECFTDQGLE0_command=CustomizePageHandler -- Geoffrey D.
