OK - here it is.... The issue is the updates in 7.0 and yes.... as we suspected 8.0. It has to do with the Rich Text formats that 7.0 and 8.0 now offer. Because many of us like to send color backgrounds and different fonts in other emails, this is an issue for the L server. You can do what has been stated, change the current email to Arial 10 (make sure that the color background is set to white and letters to black) Or you can change it in your preferences permanently. I have changed my preferences because it is easier to play with those occasional emails where I like to send color....
For those of you who need to know.... Click on Settings in on the drop down menu bar click on preferences under communications, see Font, Text and Graphics Set Font to Arial Type size to 10 The letter A button is the type color - this should be set to black The second letter A is the background color - this should be set to white Hope this helps Maria
