Good Morning:
I have the a few good plans for making a cart, which we may start tackling
that project this weekend. Even though our berner isn't old enough to pull
the cart I'm giving my husband 6 months to build it and hope that it doesn't
take him a year.
I do however need a good harness. I have a training harness to start with
just to get my berner use to the harness. However when and if I ever hook
him up to a cart I want a really good harness that gives him all the support
he needs in the right places. Can anyone recommend any place to buy a
harness? Patch will be 2 in June, so that gives me a good 5 months to shop
and look. Now I do know the names of some of the really nice harnesses, but
they cost a good fortune. I was looking to spend maybe $200 at the most on
a good harness. Am I dreaming? I have heard of harnesses costing up to
$1,000.
I'll start overlapping his conformation training with Obedience and HOPE
that he can tell the difference between the two at the first of the year.
Aside from the cart and harness I really shouldn't need anything else,
right?
Thanks,
Karyn Waugh
