Yes...most of the fruits & veggies I feed are pureed and raw.  The reason is 
that dog's have a very short digestive tract which isn't well suited for 
breaking down cellulose, the material that forms the cell walls in plants.  
So...if carrot chunks go in, you pretty much get carrot chunks out the other 
end.  Fine if you're using the F&V's as treats and don't want to add 
calories...but if you're feeding them for nutrient value, they really have to 
be pureed to be of much use to the dog.

I do give my dogs some cooked items as well...
My veggie blends often include cooked sweet potatoes or blanched green beans 
along with the raw veggies.
