OATMEAL DOG BISCUITS

4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 TBSP. melted shortening
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
1 ½ to 2 cups of water

Mix flour, oatmeal and shortening.
Dissolve bouillon in 1 ½ cups water and add to flour mixture.  If dough is dry, 
gradually add remaining water as needed.  Roll out to ½ inch thickness and cut into 
squares or with cookie cutters.  Bake on cookie sheets at 325 degrees for 45 minutes 
or until brown and crisp.

You could use vegetable stock instead of the beef or chicken cubes.
Also you can substitute other flours for the wheat if your dog has allergies.
