Hi Peter, Have you actually had a full panel for thyroid function done? Michigan State University or Cornell can do that for you and MSU will interpret the findings for you.
My vet has told me that dogs are rarely hyperthyroid, this is a condition seen in cats. What are your dog's values? Rose
