Beau is home ... He was so happy to see me at the vet! Promptly slobbered his bloody nose all over my shirt ... But that's okay, he's already forgiven ... Not like he did it on purpose ... (or did he??? Hmmm share the fun??) ... Big massive tail wags .. Almost broke the window on the way out (heehee, not really)
He practically jumped into the SUV on his own, he was so thrilled to be out of that place. As we got close to home, of course, he was excited ... He wanted HOME. Walked in to door, straight for water .... Then he shoveled down 1/2 a can of moist dog food -- he was hungry! (couldn't eat or drink since 10 pm last night) For the first 1/2 hour home, he followed me everywhere ... Just in case I guess. He's here now, snoozing next to me ... He's really doing so much better than I thought. Oh yes, 1 tooth (only) extracted -- in the back, a molar ... The vet was very happy with teeth cleaning ... He's probably not thrilled ... But not refusing to eat. He gets boiled chicken tonight .. I'm sure he'll love that!! Thanks for your support, everyone ... I hope for a good prognosis ... I should know by Monday.
