Ironically, I have a user with the opposite problem on Verizon.  His
system software 4.7.0.65.  The current version is 4.7.0.75.  Other users
have gotten the upgrade without problems.  He can't install it _unless_
he installs visual voicemail, which is an extra charge per month.  Has
anyone had this problem?
