I am having a couple of issues that are perplexing me, I have multiple blackberries (BES 4.1.6/exchange 03) that can send email but not receive. I tried deleting and resending the service books with no go. Wiped and activated one would not download email but could send.
I have 10 users all on Exchange 07 servers and berries are running fine. ( All running off the same BES server ) Any ideas?
