The issue that i had was that RIM didn't give me the correct categoty of CAL, but after a call at the technical support this was resolved. Merci et bonne journée.

The first time we tried to add CALs to BES, we kept getting an error. When we called BES, we were told that it was a known problem and that it would be fixed in the next Maintenance Release.
