Just to update, the information we were given from RIM was incorrect. Additional SRPs still must be purchased. I knew it was too good to be true. You can get a Migration kit with a temporary SRP to use during upgrade. Sorry for any confusion.

I saw Blackberry's webcast today on migration options, and I was wondering if anyone can provide feedback on the bet option for my setup. Has anyone done the in place upgrade? Do you recommend it? Also has anyone implement high availability? Can you share your experiences. I am thinking the parallel migration sounds like the safest and cleanest option if I can get a new SRP ordered.
